What You’ll Be Doing:

Directing & developing the whole-school learning support provision
Leading, motivating, and inspiring a skilled, collaborative SEN team
Driving targeted student interventions to maximise progress and attainment
Advising SLT on SEND policy, inclusion best practice, and classroom strategy
Building partnerships with parents, staff, and external specialists
Using data to identify needs, evaluate impact, and refine provision
