What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving the school’s SEND vision and leading a talented inclusion team
Designing and delivering impactful, whole-school CPD on inclusive practice
Overseeing EHCP processes, statutory returns, and compliance for all learners
Collaborating with teachers, governors, parents, and external agencies
Monitoring progress and tailoring strategies for students with diverse needs
Shaping policy—transforming whole-school attitudes towards inclusive education

Ideal "Head of Inclusion" for this Wandsworth School:

Experienced, ambitious leader with a proven SEND or SENCO background
UK-qualified (QTS essential); NASENCO desirable
