Digital Designer - Paid Social & Digital Campaigns - Harlow, Essex - £55,000

We're looking for a talented Digital Designer who can take campaign concepts and execute them brilliantly across today's leading digital platforms.  This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who understands that great creativity isn't just about producing a standout visual; it's about adapting that idea to perform effectively across every touchpoint in the customer journey.

You'll be a Digital Designer with strong experience in campaign execution across social, digital advertising, and online content channels.  You'll be responsible for developing campaign assets from a master creative concept and translating them into platform-specific executions for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, display advertising, websites and other digital channels.

• You'll be somebody who combines excellent visual design skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing and user behaviour.
• You'll have a portfolio that demonstrates strong campaign thinking and exceptional execution.

Experience & Skills Needed

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaign work.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Experience creating assets for:
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Display Advertising
  • Website and landing pages
• Understanding of social-first creative and platform-native content.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Figma experience.
• Paid social advertising knowledge.
• Understanding of customer journey and performance marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital campaign assets across multiple channels.
• Develop and adapt campaign key art for different digital platforms.
• Produce assets for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, display advertising and web.
• Ensure all creatives are optimised for each platform's audience and format requirements.
