ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ Years experience in 360° agency recruitment – ideally defense/tech in the USA
• Proven success in new business generation, account management and delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
• Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, OneUp Sales, Indeed etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)
• This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Manchester HQ and work core USA hours
