Systems Engineer

Role: Systems Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 to £37,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to work across a range of Fire and Security systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarm systems.

Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and maintain Fire and Security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire Alarms.


Carry out system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.


Work closely with project and service teams to deliver installations on time and to specification.


Provide technical support to customers and junior engineers.


Complete all documentation and reports accurately and promptly.


Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety standards and company procedures.


Participate in the on-call rota and respond to urgent service requirements as needed.

Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience working with Fire, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
Good understanding of system commissioning, configuration, and fault diagnosis.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
