Our client is a well-established Fire and Security business (25 years in operation) in the North-West, working with a diverse range of commercial customers, including healthcare providers and local councils.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the North-West engineering team. You will manage operations, support engineers, and ensure excellent customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of up to 10 engineers, including Security Engineers
Conduct audits of engineering work to ensure quality standards
Liaise with clients and customers
Provide technical support to engineers where required
Work with the office team to maximise operational efficiency
Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Service or Operations Manager within the Fire and Security industry
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Technical understanding of Fire and Security systems
