Job Title: Senior CCTV & Electronic Security Service Engineer
Location: London
Salary: From £35,000 to £40,000 per annum + Commission
Are you a Senior CCTV & Electronic Security Service Engineer based in London looking for more autonomy and progression in your career? As a Senior Service Engineer, you will take full ownership of your own client base, managing the servicing, maintenance and lifecycle management of electronic security systems across commercial and high-profile sites. You will be working for a well-established and innovative electronic security business with an excellent reputation across shopping centres, government, education and national commercial accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys managing their own workload, delivering high standards of customer service and working with the latest IP-based technologies.
Responsibilities:
● Service and maintain CCTV and Access Control systems across commercial client sites
● Manage the technical and operational lifecycle of assigned client accounts
● Plan and organise your own workload and diary effectively
● Deliver fault-finding, diagnostics and system support across electronic security systems
● Maintain excellent client relationships and customer service standards
● Work closely with operations support and senior management teams
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Electronic Security industry
● Strong experience with CCTV, Access Control and IP-based systems
● Good understanding of electronics and technical fault-finding
● Excellent organisational and communication skills
● Good working knowledge of PCs and media devices
● Full UK driving licence
