Experienced Order Picker / Packer

Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
Temp to Perm | Full Time

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking for an experienced Warehouse Order Picker to join a busy food distribution warehouse in Mansfield.

This is a fast-moving warehouse role where accuracy is just as important as speed. You'll be picking and packing customer orders ready for dispatch while working towards daily productivity targets.

What you'll be doing

• Picking customer orders from manual paper pick sheets

• Packing orders safely and accurately for dispatch

• Using tape guns and other packing equipment

• Handling products weighing up to 20kg

• Completing quality checks before dispatch

• Working in a target-driven warehouse environment

What we're looking for

• Recent warehouse picking and packing experience

• Previous experience using manual pick sheets

• Experience using tape guns

• A consistent recent employment history

• Ability to work quickly and accurately

• Good level of physical fitness

• Excellent attendance and timekeeping

Please note: This role is suitable for experienced warehouse operatives only. Applications from candidates without recent order picking and packing experience will not be considered.
