About the role
Our internation parcel logistics client are now recruiting for several Mail Sorters / Warehouse Operatives to join their busy depot based in Basildon, Essex. You will be working on a temporary contract with the opportunity of a temp to perm contract.
Duties of the Mail Sorter / Warehouse Operative will include:
- Sorting parcels into correct cages for despatch
- Weighing and labelling parcels
- Picking items
- Packing and loading for deliveries
We have Mail Sorter / Warehouse Operative shifts available Monday to Friday with the opportunity for overtime work on the weekends working early 6am-2pm or the late shift which is 2pm-10pm. Payment for these roles start at £12.21 p/h with very good overtime rates available over bank holidays and you also have the chance to earn additional bonus payments based on number of hours worked over a 2 week period.
