An established and growing law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Property team in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-respected firm. The successful candidate must have experience in commercial property, either gained during a training contract or in a post-qualified role.

The Role

You will work on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease renewals.
• Property finance and secured lending transactions.
• Development and investment work.
• Supporting clients ranging from SMEs to investors, developers and owner-managed businesses.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering a high standard of service.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+).
• Commercial property experience gained during your training contract or post-qualification.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload.
• A genuine desire to develop your career within commercial property.
