About the role
Job Title: Strategic Account Director - UK Infrastructure Location: Flexible within the UK (occasional travel to client sites) The Company: * A leading provider of innovative construction and project controls technology for the UK infrastructure sector. * Trusted by major Asset Owners across Utilities, Energy, Road, and Rail projects. * Known for its highly integrated and complementary software solutions that go beyond traditional estimating tools. * Ambitious growth trajectory in the UK, with uncapped commission and significant new business opportunities. The Role: * Drive new business sales into large UK Asset Owners, targeting national highways, energy networks, water authorities, and transport projects. * Own the full sales cycle for complex, high-value solutions (£100k-£500k), acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders. * Work closely with an SDR to generate and qualify leads, focusing on door-opening and solution selling rather than inbound marketing. * Bring creativity and strategy to navigate complex procurement and decision-making processes. * Represent a niche, high-value technology solution that complements existing infrastructure and project management systems. The Requirements: * Proven track record selling into public sector or large infrastructure clients, ideally with exposure to Energy, Highways, Transport, or Utilities. * Experience managing complex, high-value enterprise sales processes (not just transactional selling). * Ability to understand and articulate the value of integrated project controls, estimating, or portfolio management solutions. * Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder environments and influencing senior decision-makers. * Motivated by new logo acquisition and growth rather than maintenance or renewals. * Ideally, experience with construction or engineering technology solutions is desirable but not mandatory. The Process: * 1st: Initial Teams interview with Hiring Manager * 2nd: Final panel interview with senior leadership * 3rd: Psychometric assessment Package: * Competitive base salary (£70k-£90k+), with uncapped commission potential and significant growth opportunities. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
