Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Contract: Ongoing Temporary

We are currently recruiting for a Temp Payroll Administrator to join a well-established company based in Alderley Edge. Working as part of a small but busy payroll team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support and ensuring payroll records are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administration support to the Payroll Assistants and helping update systems and records
• Inputting confidential payroll data accurately
• Managing and updating annual leave requests and ensuring records are correct
• Answering incoming calls and taking messages
• Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
• Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numeracy skills
• The ability to learn new systems quickly
• A discreet and professional approach when handling highly confidential information
