What’s involved?

A successful Chef de Partie will work as part of a talented kitchen team, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes across a variety of services. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene, while supporting the wider brigade to ensure smooth and consistent service.

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie with previous experience within a quality hotel, restaurant, private members’ club or fine-dining environment. You will have a genuine passion for food, excellent attention to detail and the drive to develop your skills within a professional and high-performing kitchen.
