About the role
Property Manager Sale £28,000 – £30,000
A long-standing well-established estate and letting agency with an excellent reputation in their field have a new vacancy for a property manager. If you have an organised and proactive approach and proven experience managing a portfolio of rental properties, then please give me a call today.
Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of properties day-to-day
- Communicating with both landlords and tenants
- Dealing with maintenance and organising contractors
- Keeping everything compliant and up to date
- Speaking with landlords and tenants regularly
- Carrying out inspections and follow-ups
- Handling renewals and end of tenancies
- Keeping systems and records updated
What we’re looking for:
- Previous property management experience is ideal
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Able to prioritise and manage workload
- Some knowledge of lettings legislation is a bonus
- Friendly and professional approach
