EYFS & KS1 Primary Teacher Responsibilities
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging EYFS and KS1 lessons
- Support children’s learning, development, and confidence
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and track pupil progress in line with the national curriculum
- Work closely with parents, carers, and school staff
- Encourage creativity, independence, and strong early learning foundations
Requirements for This Primary Teacher Role
To apply for this EYFS & KS1 teaching position, you should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching in EYFS and/or Key Stage 1
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and KS1 curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A caring, proactive, and child-centred approach to teaching
