Temporary Accounts Assistant | Widnes | £13ph – 16ph DOE | Temp to perm
Our client, a well-established organisation based in Widnes, is currently seeking a Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong transactional finance experience who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Bank reconciliations and cash allocation
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable duties
- Supporting month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments
- Maintaining accurate financial records and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries
- Assisting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks
