Exciting Business Studies Teaching Opportunity

Zest Education is currently working in partnership with a supportive and well-established secondary school in Warwick, which is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join its team from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to become part of a welcoming school community, delivering engaging Business Studies lessons and helping students achieve their full potential. The role may be available on a full-time or part-time basis and is suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative department where high expectations, positive behaviour, and staff wellbeing are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in line with the National Curriculum and exam board specifications
• Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5 (KS3 experience beneficial where applicable)
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to support achievement
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and professionalism

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification with QTS/QTLS
• Experience teaching Business Studies within a UK secondary school
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence teaching Business Studies to GCSE level (A-Level desirable)
• A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed
