Year 3 Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
• Strong behaviour management and the ability to create a calm, engaging learning environment
• High expectations for pupil progress and a commitment to inclusive practice
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
• A reflective, proactive approach and willingness to contribute to wider school life
