Beam Saw / Edge Bander OperatorStoke-on-Trent
Day Shift | Full-Time | PermanentMonday – Thursday: 6:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm
Pay rate to be confirmedWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Band Saw / Edge Bander Operator to join a busy manufacturing team based in Stoke-on-Trent.This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment and would suit candidates with previous machinery operation or woodworking/manufacturing experience. Main Duties
- Operating band saw and edge banding machinery
- Measuring and preparing materials accurately
- Supporting manufacturing and production activities
- Monitoring quality standards throughout production
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience operating machinery preferred
- Manufacturing or woodworking experience advantageous
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a production environment
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Able to work the required shift pattern
