Job Title: Security Service Supervisor
Location: Petersfield
Salary: From £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

Are you a Security Service Supervisor based near Petersfield with experience managing engineers and delivering high-quality service? As a Security Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of service engineers, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be working for a well-established security systems provider supporting commercial clients with CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control solutions.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee and manage a team of field-based service engineers
● Ensure service jobs are scheduled efficiently and completed to a high standard
● Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service
● Monitor service performance, KPIs, and ensure SLA compliance
● Manage service administration including reports, maintenance records, and invoicing support
● Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
● Provide technical guidance and support to engineers where required
● Liaise with installation teams to coordinate overlapping works
● Support resource planning and operational improvements
● Participate in on-call rota providing support (non-tools-on)

Experience and Certifications required:

● A minimum of [Years of Experience] in the security systems industry
● Experience servicing CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
● Previous experience managing or supervising engineers
● Strong understanding of service processes and client relationship management
● Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
● Desirable: technical background progressing from engineering
