About the role
Job Title: Security Service Engineer (Service Technician)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: From £32,000 to £40,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Security Service Engineer position working in Nottingham? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be expected to service, maintain, and fault-find on electronic security systems across commercial sites, ensuring systems remain reliable and fully operational. You will be working for an established security company supporting service contracts across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Service and maintain CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
● Carry out fault finding and minor repairs on security systems
● Complete planned preventative maintenance visits
● Ensure service reports and paperwork are completed accurately
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience servicing CCTV, access control, and intruder systems
● Strong fault-finding ability across electronic security systems
● ECS / CSCS Card preferred
● Manufacturer training beneficial
