About the role
Temporary Medical Receptionist, Fallowfield Based.
£12.71 per hour + Holiday Pay
1 SHIFT PATTERN AVALIABLE:
Monday to Friday 1.30pm-6.30pm
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Medical Receptionists to join a hardworking, friendly team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 8 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls
- Managing patient queries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Booking and amending appointments
- Updating patient records accurately
- Supporting the wider reception and admin team as needed
Desirables
- Previous reception or customer‑facing experience (medical setting preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using computer systems
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
You must be able to commit to the hours: Monday-Friday 1.30pm-6.30pm. Please only apply if these hours suit.
