About the role
Role: Security Design Engineer
Location: Remote (Midlands or South of England)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Security Design Engineer based in the Midlands or South of England, looking for a remote role working on enterprise-level security solutions? Technical Resources is recruiting for a Security Design Engineer to join a leading security systems integrator specialising in high-end, complex security solutions for blue-chip commercial and high-security environments.
Responsibilities:
Technical design of enterprise-level CCTV and Access Control systems
Producing detailed quotations ranging from £5,000 up to £2 million
Ensuring all designs and quotations are accurately specified and costed
Supporting Sales and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
Conducting site surveys where required
Experience and Certifications Required:
Proven experience working as a Security Design Engineer
Strong background in designing enterprise-level security systems
Experience with systems such as Lenel, C-Cure, and Genetec
Ability to work independently in a remote-based role
