Role: Security Design Engineer

Location: London - 3 days from home / 2 in the office

Salary: £50,000 - £56,000 per annum

Technical Resources is recruiting for a Security Design Engineer based in London, with a focus on producing technical designs and detailed quotations for major security projects. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in security design and estimating, along with the ability to lead the Bids team and ensure the successful completion of project proposals.

Responsibilities:

Take a lead role within the Bids team, providing technical design and job costing/estimating.
Conduct detailed site surveys for security system installations, in line with company procedures.
Produce detailed technical proposals.
Contribute to the Pre-Sales Bid team by leading and participating in producing high-quality and professional proposals for clients.
Take ownership of allocated inquiries throughout the bid cycle, from receipt of tender documentation through to bid submission.

Experience and Certifications Required:

At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in a similar role.
Experience within the electronic security industry.
Ability to produce detailed quotations.
