Job Title: Revit Technician
Location: Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in the London office, remainder working from home
Rate: £280–£300 per day
Duration: 8-week contract

Are you an experienced Revit Technician looking for your next hybrid contract in London? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Revit Technician to support the delivery of security system projects by producing high-quality design documentation. You'll work closely with a Security System Designer to develop coordinated drawings for CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems using Revit 2022 and Revit 2026.

Description of contract/programme of works:

Produce design documentation using Revit 2022 and Revit 2026.
Develop security system layouts for CCTV, Access Control and associated infrastructure.
Produce drawings from technical guidance provided by the Security System Designer.
Coordinate with designers and CAD teams to ensure drawings are accurate and fully coordinated.
Attend regular Teams meetings and project calls to support collaboration and project delivery.

Experience required:

Proven experience producing design documentation using Revit.
Experience working on MEP or electrical design projects.
Strong knowledge of Revit 2022 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a project team.
Based within a commutable distance of London and comfortable with hybrid working.
Experience producing documentation for CCTV, Access Control or Intruder Alarm systems is advantageous.
Familiarity with security system design workflows is desirable.

Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

Experience using Revit 2022 and Revit 2026.
Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Revit licence is beneficial but can be provided if required.
