Project Manager – Smoke Ventilation
Location: Kidderminster (Hybrid with site visits)
Salary: £50,000 + package
Technical Resources are proud to be partnering with a leading, well-established organisation within the smoke ventilation industry. Known for their commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and high safety standards, they deliver specialist solutions across residential and commercial projects.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
The Role
This is a key position responsible for managing smoke ventilation projects from design handover through to completion. You’ll take full ownership of delivery—ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll play a crucial role in driving project performance across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects end-to-end from design handover to completion
Review and take ownership of technical project details
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Ensure compliance with client specifications and regulations
Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholders throughout
Oversee installation and commissioning works
Monitor progress, manage risks, and adjust plans accordingly
Lead site teams, subcontractors, and engineers
Support procurement and material ordering
Requirements
Proven Project Management experience within construction, HVAC, or smoke ventilation
Ideally 2+ years’ site or construction experience
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience managing budgets and forecasting
Full UK Driving Licence
Based within commuting distance of Kidderminster
