Location: Slough
Length: 6 months + Possible Extension
Rate: £350pd/£400pd (DOE)

Are you an experienced Fire Project Manager looking for your next challenge? Technical Resources are seeking a professional to oversee Fire installation works at a data centre in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-profile project and showcase your expertise in project management and installations.

Description of contract/programme of works:
Take full responsibility for project P&L and resource management.
Manage engineering teams and subcontract labour.
Ensure all project documentation is completed and CDM regulations are adhered to.
Organise and procure parts and equipment for the project.
Strictly enforce health and safety (H&S) regulations.
Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Experience required:
Proven experience as a Fire Project Manager.
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
Strong understanding of CDM regulations.
Commercial awareness with knowledge of JCT contracts.

Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
CSCS/ECS card (essential).
SMSTS (beneficial).
Laptop.
Full 5-point PPE.
