About the role
Job Title: Project Manager – Fire and Security
Location: North-East
Salary: From £45,000 To £50,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Project Manager – Fire and Security position working in the North-East? As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing fire and security projects up to £500,000 in value, managing engineers and subcontractors on-site, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will be working for a well-established, privately-owned fire and security provider specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of life safety and security systems.
Responsibilities:
● Managing Fire and Security projects up to £500,000 in individual value
● Managing engineers and subcontract labour on-site
● Holding P&L responsibility across projects
● Attending key business meetings where required
● Ensuring all projects adhere to health and safety standards
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of previous experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager within the Fire and Security industry
● Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarm systems
● Understanding of NSI and BAFE regulations
● Relevant industry experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
