Salary: From £65k per annum + Bonus
Are you an experienced Operations Manager based in Essex looking for your next challenge? As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of fire and security projects, ensuring operational efficiency and high standards of service. You will be working for a well-established fire and security business committed to delivering quality solutions and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the fire and security division.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Lead and support operational teams to maintain excellent customer service and performance.
Experience and Certifications required:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
Experience managing operations within the fire and security sector.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
