Location: London
Salary: From £40,000 to £50,000 per annum

Are you looking for a Junior Project Manager position working in London? As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-end electronic security installations across commercial sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will be working for a growing organisation delivering security solutions to prestigious commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end delivery of electronic security projects up to £500,000
● Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover phases
● Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
● Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
● Conduct site meetings, progress reports, and risk assessments
● Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
● Support commercial aspects including cost tracking, variations, and procurement
● Assist senior project managers on larger or more complex projects

Experience and Certifications required:

● A minimum of proven experience within the electronic security industry
● Experience in a project coordination or junior project management role
● Strong technical understanding of access control, CCTV (IP), intruder alarms, and integrated security systems
● Experience working on commercial or high-end sites
● Excellent organisational and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
● Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
● Full UK driving licence
● Desirable: Relevant certifications such as CSCS, Prince2, or equivalent
