Events Coordinator

Events Coordinator, Altrincham, Temporary.

£14.87ph, immediate start.

Full time, 8:30am-5pm.

Our client is looking for an experienced professional who has experience managing events from initial brief to successful attendance. Working within a dynamic team, you’ll

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing venues, caterers and working within budgets
• Sending invites, tracking RSVP’s and ensuring that numbers are confirmed and catered for
• Maintaining project files, ensuring that all relevant documents are stored in the correct digital files
• Liaising with marketing team to produce displays, banners and graphics in line with company and partner branding
• Coordinating webinars
• Following processes after the event and ensuring that content and other materials are produced for the event

Desirables:

• You will need proven experience working in an Events Coordination or similar role
• Accuracy and great attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple projects

This role has very strong potential to go permanent, hybrid working, close to local public transport and parking on site.
