Job Title: General Manager
Location: North-West
Salary: From £65,000 To £75,000 per annum

Are you a General Manager based in the North-West looking to take ownership of a growing regional operation? As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both projects and service divisions, driving business growth, and managing a well-established team. You will be working for a long-standing, national provider specialising in fire and security solutions, known for consistent growth and strong market presence.

Responsibilities:

● Overseeing the day-to-day running of the projects and service divisions
● Driving business growth across the northern region
● Managing a team of approximately 25 personnel, including managers, engineers, and office staff
● Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and engaging with prospective customers
● Ensuring health & safety compliance and maintaining business certifications
● Supporting recruitment across multiple departments
● Attending and contributing to senior management meetings

Experience and Certifications required:

● A minimum of several years’ experience in a General Manager or Operations Manager role within the fire and security industry
● Strong commercial awareness with experience in sales or account management
● Proven ability to lead teams and drive business performance
