About the role
*Temporary Position*
Job Title: Temp-Perm Technical Administrator
Job Location: Crewe
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: T-P
Days of Work: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8.30-5pm
Work Format: Office based
Hourly Rate: £14.50ph
Duties:
- Managing incoming calls and email from clients
- Providing quotations for parts and converting to sales orders
- Raising invoices for parts ordered
- Identifying what parts need ordering from technical drawings
- Ad hoc support packing orders in the warehouse during peak times
Experience:
- SAP experience advantageous but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- A technical mind and the capacity to learn technical drawings
In return, when you move onto a permanent contract, our client offers 22 days holiday, increasing to 25 with service, plus bank holidays, free onsite parking, the potential for 1 day per week working from home and a friendly and welcoming team environment.
