About the role
Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Central Belt & Edinburgh
Rate: £250 per day
Are you a Fire and Security Service Engineer covering the Central Belt or Edinburgh? Looking for your next contract role? We’re recruiting for an experienced engineer to carry out servicing and maintenance across a range of fire and security systems. You’ll be working for a specialist contractor delivering service works across multiple sites.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Service and maintain fire alarm, access control, intruder, and CCTV systems
● Work on CCTV (IP & Analogue), intruder systems (Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic), and access control (Paxton, PAC Net2)
● Service conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
● Complete a minimum of 5 PPMs per day
Experience required:
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire and security service and maintenance
● Experience across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
● Experience working with the specified systems and manufacturers
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● Relevant fire and security experience
● Own tools required to carry out service and maintenance works
