A global service provider has an exciting new role within their administration team. This is the ideal role for someone passionate about customer care and administration.

• You will be leading the customer experience from the front, facilitating customer requests and helping with a variety of general enquiries from order booking, through to invoicing; whilst supporting third party drivers with any additional needs
• The role provides an end-to-end experience for our client’s customers, so the ideal candidate must have both strong administrative and a confident telephone manner as there will be a lot of liaison with internal stake-holders. In return, you shall work in a team focused environment, who offer you a thorough training package, helping you to be an expert in your field through knowledge, dedication and passion
