About the role
Job Title: Fire and Security Installation and Commissioning Engineer
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: From £32000 to £40000k per annum
Are you looking for a Fire and Security Installation and Commissioning Engineer position working in London? As a Fire and Security Installation and Commissioning Engineer, you will be expected to install, test, configure, and commission fire alarm and electronic security systems across commercial sites, ensuring systems are delivered to specification and fully operational. You will be working for an established fire and security company carrying out projects across the region.
Responsibilities:
● Install fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems across commercial sites
● Carry out system testing, configuration, and commissioning
● Fault-find and rectify issues during project handover
● Complete installation and commissioning paperwork accurately
Experience and Certifications required:
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience installing and commissioning fire alarm and electronic security systems
● Strong understanding of testing and setup across both disciplines
● ECS / CSCS Card preferred
● FIA qualifications beneficial
