Trainee Propery Administrator – Liverpool City Centre | Full Time | Permanent | £24,784.50 + Bonus

We’re recruiting for a Property Administrator to join a friendly, independent property business based in Liverpool City Centre. No property experience is needed – full training will be provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or administration who’s looking to move into an office-based role with genuine long-term career progression.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the management of residential properties.
• Speaking with tenants, landlords and contractors by phone and email.
• Coordinating maintenance requests.
• Booking appointments and property inspections.
• Assisting with move-ins, move-outs and tenancy administration.
• Keeping records and systems up to date.
• Delivering excellent customer service every day.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, office or similar).
• Enjoys speaking to people and solving problems.
• Is organised with good attention to detail.
• Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn.
• Is confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Wants to build a long-term career.
