About the role
Legal Secretary – Warrington – Temporary – To start ASAP – £15ph
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to join our clients friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and fee earners
- Managing and maintaining files using the LEAP case management system
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and forms
- Audio and copy typing
- Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
- Handling client calls and enquiries professionally
- Filing, scanning and general administrative duties
