We’re recruiting a Senior EHSS Advisor to join a highly respected international organisation operating within advanced manufacturing and technology.

The Role
You’ll partner with operational leaders across manufacturing, laboratories, engineering and corporate facilities to improve compliance, reduce risk and embed a positive safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Support EHSS strategy across multiple UK locations
• Maintain and improve ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 management systems
• Plan and deliver internal audits and support external certification audits
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and compliance reviews
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Develop EHSS policies, procedures and governance
• Monitor EHSS performance and report to senior leadership
• Support sustainability initiatives, environmental reporting and carbon reduction programmes
• Contribute to Business Continuity and organisational resilience planning
• Coach and influence managers to improve EHSS performance

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with experienced EHSS professionals from sectors such as:

• Manufacturing
• Engineering
• Aerospace
• Defence

You’ll ideally have:

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 experience
• Multi-site Health, Safety & Environmental experience
• Excellent knowledge of UK H&S legislation
• Willingness to travel nationally

Highly Desirable:

• Lead Auditor qualification
• ISO 22301 Business Continuity
• Sustainability reporting
