Internal Sales Engineer – Access Control & Video Surveillance | Bracknell (Hybrid)

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Engineer to join a growing security technology business specialising in integrated access control and video surveillance solutions.

This is a key technical role supporting the sales team across the full sales lifecycle, providing system design, technical expertise, and pre/post-sales support for enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales process
• Write orders into business sales and management system for UK and Ireland
• Translate customer requirements into compliant, cost-effective system designs
• Produce equipment schedules and BOMs
• Maintain expertise across leading platforms including Inner Range, Paxton, LenelS2, Gallagher, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilon, Axis and Hanwha
• Support product demonstrations and assist with technical client meetings and site surveys where required
• Ensure designs meet BS EN standards, NDAA compliance, GDPR and cyber-security best practice
• Work closely with project teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation

Skills & Experience

• Background in a pre-sales, admin or technical sales support role
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to customers
• Knowledge of access control and CCTV systems with design experience desirable
• Understanding of IP networking (VLANs, PoE, bandwidth, cyber security)
