Sales Administrator/Receptionist

Sales Administrator/Receptionist               –         Sale    –                   c£26,000

** 35 hour working week, (£14.28 per hour) **

31 days annual leave (including bank holidays), close to tram, bus and train links and on-site free parking

A world leading logistics firm who manufactures and distributes globally have a vacancy based on their front of house reception desk.  Core duties shall be processing customers’ orders whilst running the front of house experience.

• Meet and greet: Welcoming visitors and clients into the business, preparing refreshments and looking after meeting rooms, whilst screening calls
• Order management: Accurately processing customer orders, providing customers with timely updates on order progress and responding to delivery, availability and stock queries
• General administrative tasks: Working closely with internal sales reps, logistics and warehouse teams to support accurate dispatch and timely order fulfilment
