About the role
Job Title: Project Success Manager (Construction Technology) Location: London / Hybrid (UK & Ireland Travel) The Company: * A leading European construction technology provider delivering digital solutions that transform project delivery across the built environment. * Established presence across major contractors, developers, and fit-out specialists, supporting complex residential and commercial projects. * Experiencing significant UK growth, with a strong customer base already in place and a clear land-and-expand strategy. * Highly collaborative environment where customer success, operational adoption, and real project outcomes drive expansion rather than traditional sales. The Role: * Act as the key driver of on-site adoption and operational success across strategic UK accounts, ensuring the platform becomes embedded in day-to-day project delivery. * Work directly with project teams (site, commercial, and delivery stakeholders) to standardise workflows, improve quality processes, and digitise construction coordination. * Partner closely with Solutions Specialists and technical teams to translate real project challenges into practical, scalable usage. * Focus on deepening engagement within existing customers rather than new business - preparing the ground for long-term expansion. * Spend significant time on live construction projects across the UK & Ireland, influencing behaviours, supporting change management, and demonstrating measurable value. The Requirements: * Background within construction delivery - e.g. Project Manager, Site Manager, Package Manager, Quality Manager, or similar - with circa 3-6 years' experience on projects. * First-hand understanding of the realities of site coordination, programme pressure, and project workflows. * Passion for how technology can improve construction - someone motivated by changing the status quo, not maintaining it. * Experience using construction software such as digital field tools, CDE platforms, QA/snagging solutions, or project controls technology (user-side experience essential). * Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders on-site and confidently leading conversations around process change and operational improvement. * Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with empathy for project teams navigating transformation. * Willingness to travel regularly to projects across the UK & Ireland (hybrid working with minimal office requirement). The Process: * 1st: Introductory video interview (experience, mindset, and approach to construction transformation). * 2nd: Deep-dive discussion with regional leadership focused on project experience and problem-solving scenarios. * 3rd: Final interview exploring stakeholder engagement style and alignment to long-term customer success strategy. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
