About the role

Senior Content & Creative Manager - Arts London (2 days per week) Up to £60,000 We're partnering with a fast-growing, globally recognised arts platform to appoint a Senior Content & Creative Manager. This is a pivotal role for someone who blends creative direction with high-quality content execution - equally confident shaping visual identity and narrative as they are crafting storytelling that drives engagement and demand. The organisation collaborates with leading contemporary artists and cultural institutions, releasing limited-edition works to a global audience of collectors and enthusiasts. Content is central to how each release is positioned, discovered and experienced. The Role You will play a key role in concepting and delivering campaign content around major artwork launches, ensuring every release is supported by compelling storytelling and elevated creative. Working closely with marketing, production and artist teams, you'll help shape the visual and narrative direction across digital channels, building campaigns that feel culturally relevant and creatively distinctive. Key Responsibilities * Lead the development of creative and content concepts for major launches and campaigns * Produce high-quality written and visual storytelling across digital platforms * Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while evolving creative standards * Collaborate with artists, production teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life * Support audience growth through engaging, culturally informed content * Contribute to overall content planning and campaign performance analysis Requirements * Strong experience across both creative direction and content production * Background within arts, culture, media, publishing or a related creative sector * Proven ability to develop campaigns that balance aesthetic quality with audience engagement * Excellent writing and editorial judgement alongside visual sensibility * Experience working in fast-paced, high-standards creative environments This role will suit someone who thrives in a culturally driven environment and wants to play a hands-on role in shaping how contemporary art is presented to a global audience. Up to £60,000. London-based with two days per week onsite. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
