Scrum Master Hybrid - West Sussex - 2 days per week on site Daily rate: £500-600 inside IR35 Duration: 6 month initial contract Start: ASAP My client, in the aviation and travel industry, is looking for a Scrum Master to join the organisation as they embark on a major transformation journey in 2026, with an exciting portfolio of projects centred around improving customer experience, digital transformation, and launching new technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more agile teams. Delivery focused. Identify and remove impediments, ensuring smooth delivery and team velocity. Requirements 3+ years as a Scrum Master in a hands-on delivery environment. Experience delivering products end-to-end. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PSM, SAFe Agilist). Strong experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable Experience with digital transformation and customer focused programmes. *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
