Project Manager | North UK (Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield) £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus The Role: We're looking for a Project Manager to join a high-growth D2C brand, to specialise across technology, operations, and ecommerce. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining governance routines, and supporting change implementation across the business. You will also provide leadership to a small team supporting transformation activity. Key Responsibilities: · Maintain the delivery of projects across technology, operations and ecommerce · Developing and maintaining project documentation including SOPs, process flows, project plans, timelines and milestones · Tracking project progress, risks and dependencies and escalating where required · Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams · Supporting communication across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle · Maintaining governance routines including status reporting and project updates · Supporting testing, rollout and implementation activities Key Requirements: · Experience in a project management, PMO or delivery support role · Strong experience within the Retail/ecommerce market · Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail · Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously · Clear and confident communication skills · Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
