What We’re Looking For

• Have experience in recruitment (or a proven track record of growing a business)
• Be a self-starter who thrives on building relationships
• Possess strong business acumen and organisational skills
• Be ready to take charge of your own success

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running and growing your own Kenect branch
• Winning and managing a large book of B2B clients
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients & candidates
• Managing your territory’s P&L, strategy, and growth plan

Your Earnings

In your first year, you can expect to earn around £50k – with huge potential for growth as your territory expands.
