  • A patient-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering tailored, high-quality care
  • The adaptability and enthusiasm to help shape and improve evolving systems and protocols
  • A friendly, approachable personality and a strong team ethic

What’s on Offer

In return, you’ll receive an excellent package that includes:

  • Highly competitive salary and benefits package
  • Full-time position (38 hours per week)
  • Flexible working pattern across 4 or 5 days

  • 50% staff discount
  • Free on-site parking
  • Complimentary gym membership at the neighbouring facility
  • 1 in 4 weekend rota with time off in lieu (moving towards 1 in 6 weekends)
  • No out-of-hours, night shifts or on-call requirements
  • The opportunity to make a genuine impact within an independent practice that values its people
