The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll divide your time between serving customers on the shop floor and helping prepare fresh food in the kitchen. Every shift brings variety, giving you the opportunity to develop customer service, teamwork and food preparation skills while contributing to a welcoming shop environment.

You’ll work closely with your colleagues to maintain high standards, keep the shop running smoothly and create the positive experience that Pret is known for.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Serving customers with warmth, energy and genuine enthusiasm.
• Preparing freshly made food and supporting kitchen operations.
• Helping maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food quality and presentation.
• Working as part of a fast-paced team to deliver efficient service.
• Creating positive customer experiences through thoughtful, everyday acts of kindness.
• Learning new skills through structured training and ongoing coaching.
