The Role

Part-time opportunities at Butlin’s cover a range of departments and responsibilities. Current vacancies may include accommodation cleaning, bars and restaurants, resort shops, guest services, face painting and braiding, learning and development, and licensed resort safety.

Your day-to-day work will depend on the individual vacancy. Whatever area you join, you’ll work with colleagues to support resort operations and help guests enjoy their time at Butlin’s.

Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Welcoming guests and providing friendly, helpful service.
  • Supporting the daily operation of your assigned department.
  • Serving food and drinks or assisting customers in resort shops.
  • Cleaning and preparing accommodation to the required standards.
  • Helping maintain safe, clean and well-presented guest areas.
  • Answering questions and assisting guests throughout their visit.
  • Working closely with colleagues during busy periods.
  • Following the safety, hygiene and operating procedures relevant to your role.
