Social Media and Communications Administrator

Hunt & Palmer, one of the world’s leading aircraft charter organisations, is seeking to recruit a creative and commercially minded person to join our Marketing Services team to help build audiences across various social media platforms and support sales activity across our business units in the UK and overseas.

• Location: Near Horsham, West Sussex  
• Annual Salary: £25,000-£27,000 (Including pension scheme and benefit options)
• Hours: Full time | Office based | Monday- Friday 9am – 5:30pm
• Position Available: August / September 2026

What will I be doing?

• Supporting the Head of Sales & Marketing to create regular and engaging content across social media platforms, using photography, reels and written content.
• Collaborate with our Sales team on innovative marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness.
• Help to design and update brochures, marketing material, promotional items and online presence.
• Promote exhibitions, events, seasonal campaigns and special occasions.
• Identify and target new marketing opportunities for our services using social media.
• Assist with production of internal and external marketing communications, press and social media releases.
• Provide support for company attendance at conferences, meetings, events, and B2B marketing initiatives, including exhibition set-up and stand graphic artwork creation.
• Sales content support for digital campaigns.
• Track, analyse, and report monthly social media KPIs to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

What do I need?

• A high standard of both written and spoken English, good numerical skills and IT literacy.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, strong creative skills and a flair for problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Competent photography, video or reel skills.
•  A demonstrable understanding of core social media platforms.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and networking abilities.

Having experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Acrobat), Word, Excel or WordPress CMS will enhance your application, as indeed would any prior experience in copywriting. An interest in aviation or travel is useful, but not essential.
